MOST IMPORTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF MY PINK HOMES VOUCHER

• The purchaser (the “Purchaser/s”) of this My Pink Home Voucher (the "Voucher") is entitled to purchase an apartment developed/being developed by Puravankara Limited/Provident Housing Ltd and/or its subsidiaries at the specified price range (the "Scheme Price") as communicated to you at the time of purchase of this Voucher
• One Voucher can be availed for purchase of one apartment only, however Purchaser/s are free to purchase multiple Vouchers to avail Scheme Price for multiple apartments
• The Voucher is valid till 31st March 2019 i.e. the prospective purchaser needs to purchase an apartment and complete necessary booking formalities (as detailed out in section 10 below) prior to 31st March 2019
• The Voucher is non-transferable and can be availed only by the owner of the Voucher and/or direct family members viz. father, mother, spouse and children
• The Voucher is fully refundable subject to the customers expressing his/her interest in availing the refund by writing to [email protected] and return of the original voucher.
